Hillary Welles, MA is a SuperCORE Coach and BreatheFit Coach and instructor and a founding member of the SuperCORE development team. She is a Black Belt Nia instructor, writing coach, ghostwriter, and marketing creative. Hillary holds an MA in Shakespeare Studies from the University of Birmingham, England. A lifelong devotee to personal and community evolution, Hillary Welles is passionate about writing as a means to achieving health, well-being, and success. She is co-author of the forthcoming book Core Intelligence: Driving the New Era of Leadership. Hillary holds a BA in English Language and Literature from Smith College and an MA in Shakespeare Studies from the University of Birmingham, England.

Karen "kk" Taylor, is a SuperCORE & BreatheFit Coach and specializes in empowering people to claim their warrior healing power through movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques. kk believes that the body must move to heal and she is an amazing motivator for transformation! kk has danced, exercised, walked, and spread the joy of movement for most of her adult life. She holds a BS in Speech and Drama and Masters classes in elementary education.
